The Box Office at Gate D will be open for ticket sales on match day. Patrons can purchase tickets until the innings break.

Arrive as early as possible and please ensure you have your ticket ready to scan as you enter the venue.

Thunder Members

GA Thunder Members get free entry but must redeem their ticket using their Membership barcode as the password. Click here to redeem your tickets.

There will be staff at the Membership Marquee outside Gate D to provide assistance to Members who have issues when entering.

ENTRY PROCESS

Arrive early and pack light to allow for a quick and easy screening process at gates. Please note that cloaking facilities are currently closed.

SAFETY AND RESTRICTIONS

– Please stay home if you have any kind of cough, fever, chills or any COVID-19 symptoms

– Please sit in your designated bay, row and seat number

– Always practice safe physical distancing and hygiene practices where possible to do so

– As per current NSW Government guidelines, masks are mandatory when indoors (including indoor bars and corporate indoor spaces) but not required when sitting in-bowl

– QR code check-ins will be required when entering the Members Bar and corporate hospitality areas
