Cricket Namibia in collaboration with Pupkewitz Toyota is hosting the Pupkewitz Toyota Coaching Clinics from the 14th to the 22nd of October at various primary schools in Windhoek.

The Pupkewitz Toyota coaching clinics were scheduled to take place earlier this year in March but were postponed due to COVID-19.

This will be exciting coaching clinics where the national cricket players will conduct the training sessions and shadow our future Eagles for a two-hour training session. The Eagles already conducted their first coaching session with learners from Windoek Afrikaanse Privaat Skool and will be at Windhoek Gymnasium today from 14:00 – 16:00.

The schools included this time around in this initiative are Windhoek Afrikaanse Privaat skool, Windhoek Gymnasium Private School, Auas Primary School, St. Paul’s College, Peoples Primary School and St. George’s Primary School.

The aim of this initiative and the involvement of the Eagles is to mentor our younger cricketers, familiarize themselves with our National players and to create a connection with their local cricket heroes.
