We’re looking for a driven Head of Risk to join our Legal, Risk & Integrity team. We’re looking for someone who is a passionate about transforming how we lead, serve and unite the cricket community.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Cricket Australia’s enterprise risk management framework
  • Provide risk management advice on Australian Cricket operations and events
  • Present to the Audit & Risk Committee & Board on topical issues
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve the risk control environment and promote a culture of risk management and safety;
  • Manage the CA and collective State and Territory Cricket Association insurance programs, lead annual renewals and manage policy performance, activities and claims
  • Manage and support the delivery of CA’s Work Health and Safety Strategy

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Strong risk management experience in a multi-stakeholder environment (5 years +)
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills,
  • Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to report on risk management
  • WHS and general safety management experience (desirable)
