Four Adelaide Strikers will play for their countries in warm-up games for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup at Karen Rolton Oval, starting on Sunday.
Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Thailand will be involved in five games across three days as the teams prepare for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
Sophie Devine will be New Zealand’s captain, playing alongside Strikers captain Suzie Bates, Lauren Winfield is part of England’s squad and South Australia’s Megan Schutt will be a key bowler for Australia.
Allrounder Devine, who was the WBBL|05 Player of the Tournament after a record-breaking season with the Strikers, has been in outstanding form for the White Ferns. She made her maiden T20I century (105) this week against South Africa, adding to scores of 54 not out, 61 and 77 in the series.
Tickets for the warm-up matches are $10 for adults and free for kids.

All seating at Karen Rolton Oval is general admission, first-in, best dressed. Patrons are encouraged to bring a picnic rug as only very limited seating is available.

Car Parking:
Limited free parking is available at Karen Rolton Oval for $17.50. Access if from Port Road. Note: you cannot turn right from Port Road into the Karen Rolton Oval car parks if you are heading towards the city. The car park will open from 7.30am Sunday 16, Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 February and will close 30 minutes after the last match is completed. Alternate parking is available through various Wilson Parking locations.
