All-rounder Maia Bouchier has been cleared to resume bowling in competitive women’s cricket following an independent assessment at Loughborough University.

The independent assessment confirmed that Bouchier had remedied her bowling action within the prescribed 15 degrees of elbow extension threshold as defined in the ECB Regulations for the Review of Bowlers Reported with Suspect Bowling Actions.

The 22-year-old had been suspended from bowling in competitive women’s cricket since 8 October 2020.
