  • Mandatory documents include Immunisation Certificate for Covid-19, front/back of CNIC card, passport-size photograph and valid assignment letter on a company letterhead
  • Media advised to carefully review the attached Terms and Conditions; use of laptop/desktop computers to complete the accreditation process is recommended
  • As the season/series will be held under Covid-19 Protocols and taking into account limited spaces are available in the media working areas, PCB will give priority to venue-based journalists

Media accreditation process for Pakistan’s 2021-22 domestic cricket season and Pakistan v New Zealand international series is now open. Cricket correspondents wishing to be accredited for the domestic season and the international series can now apply by clicking here.

The process will remain open till 5pm PKT on Friday, 27 August 2021, and NO late applications will be accepted.

After you have completed the application process, you will be required to apply for media accreditation for the domestic season and/or the international series by using the dropdown box by clicking the top right button.

Before using the accreditation portal, which has been developed internally by the PCB digital team, members of the media are advised to arrange the following documents (all documents need to be 1.5MB or less in size):

  • Immunisation Certificate for Covid-19
  • CNIC card (front and back for Pakistan-based journalists, first page of passport for foreign media)
  • Latest passport-size photograph with a clean and white background
  • Assignment letter from your commissioning editor on a company letterhead with official stamp

It is important to remember that even if your accreditation request is successful, this does not guarantee access to match(es) of your choice (whether domestic or international). This is due to the fact that the season will be held in Covid-19 times and, as such, depend on the PCB Covid-19 Protocol prevalent at the applicable time, while limited seats are available in the media working areas.
