Here’s the deal…

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Event Coordinator to join our Event Experience and Operations team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional and engaging fan experiences in this contract role, until March 25th, 2022.

Reporting to the Event Director – NSW, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful delivery of international and domestic Cricket matches in New South Wales.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the operational planning for international and relevant domestic Cricket content;
  • Coordinating key stakeholders on event days;
  • Collaborating with the hospitality team to ensure a high standard of hospitality catering across our programs;
  • Supporting the Event Director in the delivery of event experience at match while maintaining fan and participant experience;
  • Effective planning, management and reconciliation of event budgets.

About You

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years experience in event planning or project management.
  • Collaborative work style.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and attention to detail skills.
  • A customer focused approach.
