Islamabad United welcomes JOMO as Strategic Partner for Official fan-gear, Fashion outfitter and e-commerce

Islamabad United is a Pakistani Twenty20 cricket team competing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Based in Islamabad, the team was established in 2015 for the league's inaugural season. It is owned by Leonine Global Investments through Leonine Global Sports, run by Amna Naqvi and Ali Naqvi.

Islamabad United, the most successful franchise in HBL PSL history, and the winner of the first and third editions of the tournament, is pleased to announce the start of a strategic partnership with Jomo Technologies. Under the partnership, JOMO.pk becomes the official fan-gear, fashion outfitter as well as e-commerce partner of the franchise. JOMO.pk will appear on the team’s official playing kits.

The announcement was made at a signing ceremony attended by Pakistan cricket legend Saeed Ajmal, Ahsan Latif (CEO Islamabad United), Ali Khan Bajauri (CEO Jomo) and Omar Saeed (Co-Founder Jomo). Also representing the extended potential of the fashion design strategic partnership was Nabeel Abdullah of Sapphire Group.

“Jomo.pk is one of Pakistan’s fastest growing fashion and sports active wear e-Retailer, catering to thousands of sports and cricket fans across Pakistan”, said Ali Khan Bajauri, CEO of jomo.pk on the occasion. “The passion, precision and persistence required on and off the field to become a two-time PSL Champion are characteristics shared by Jomo. We believe in the best or nothing, and that drives our success in everything we do.”

He further added, “We will strive to continually provide Islamabad and PSL fans with innovative and seamless opportunities to connect with the game, teams and players they love, and our partnership with ISLU is our key initiative to achieve this goal.  Jomo as the official Fashion Outfitter of Islamabad United is looking forward to celebrating the resilience of our nation and return of local and international cricket players to Pakistan.”

Regarding the partnership Islamabad United CEO Ahsan Latif said, “We are delighted to partner with one of Pakistan’s foremost e-commerce organizations.
