Reporting to the Senior Digital Services Manager, in this role you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of digital production requirements and general servicing through integrated planning and stakeholder management.

About The Role

We’re looking for someone who can work with different areas of our high-performing Digital team to deliver optimal project outcomes, service our world-class digital products and ultimately delight our fans and participants.

Specifically, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Co-ordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of digital production requirements across the organisation;
  • Gathering digital problem statements, discussing them with the digital leadership team and developing project plans for mutually agreed-upon solutions;
  • Identifying key risks and dependencies for digital projects, mapping out timelines and determining deliverables for business owners;
  • Working closely with a diverse range of experts from different departments across the business;
  • Addressing general digital servicing requirements directly, and engaging SMEs to support when necessary;
  • Upskilling non-digital employees on basic digital production tasks;
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing input on ways to streamline workflows through best practice approaches, new tools or methodologies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Essential

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in digital production, preferably in media or marketing environments.
  • Ability to initiate, lead and drive projects end-to-end, incorporating multiple stakeholder needs and prioritising as required.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills and proven ability to execute on tight deadlines.
  • Record of using initiative and working well under pressure – a solution-focused, critical thinker with a strong drive to find the answer to a problem.
  • Multi-tasker who can execute to a high standard autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to translate technical terminology to non-digital stakeholders.
  • Capable of building and maintaining collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends and public holidays when necessary.
  • Appreciation of the implications of working with confidential material.
