MCC IS COMMITTED TO BEING A SUSTAINABLE CLUB, ACTING RESPONSIBLY FOR THE GOOD OF CRICKET, MAKING OUR CLUB AND LORD’S ACCESSIBLE TO ALL, AND ENSURING WE ARE FIT FOR PURPOSE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.

MCC’s Environmental, Social & Governance report 2021 – Building a Sustainable Future – outlines the Club’s intentions around three key pillars:

  • the environment and how the Club can minimise its environmental impacts and put in place polices for a more sustainable future
  • its social responsibilities as one of the finest and well-known cricket clubs in the world both on and off the field and how it can ensure Lord’s and MCC are accessible to more people
  • its governance and making sure the Club is fit for purpose for future generations

The report lays out where we are as a Club now and our ambitions for both short and long-term with respect to environmental, social and governance matters across four distinct areas: Lord’s, Cricket, Members and Staff.
