The Netherlands men's national cricket team, known as "The Flying Dutchmen," represents the Netherlands in international cricket and is administered by the Royal Dutch Cricket Association.

The board of the KNCB has appointed Richard de Winter as general director (ad interim) of the KNCB with effect from 2 January 2022. With this, the board fills the vacancy that arose after the departure of Milena van Not as CEO of the cricket association. The appointment will run until the moment that the board appoints a new general manager. Richard de Winter will fill the position on a part-time basis.

The board is confident that, in view of his knowledge and experience, Richard is the right person to adequately fill the management position in the coming period.
