Pete Russell was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Premier League by Tournament Chairman Richard Bevan in July 2021.
As a Co-Founder, Russell has been part of the CPL since the Tournament’s inception, serving as the Chief Operating Officer before his appointment as CEO.
Russell has played a key role in the growth of the league, securing multiple commercial partnerships and broadcast deals.
