The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh's men's, women's, and under-19 national teams.

Sri Lanka Cricket Selection Committee selected the below given 18-member National Squad to take part in the upcoming Sri Lanka Tour of Bangladesh 2022.

During the tour, Sri Lanka will play 02 test matches vs Bangladesh.

The National Team will depart for Bangladesh on the 08th May 2022.

  4. Angelo Mathews
  5. Kusal Mendis
  6. Dhananjaya De Silva
  7. Kamindu Mendis
  8. Niroshan Dickwella

  10. Ramesh Mendis
  11. Chamika Karunaratne
  12. Suminda Lakshan
  13. Kasun Rajitha
  14. Vishwa Fernando
  15. Asitha Fernando
  16. Dilshan Madushanka
  17. Praveen Jayawickrama
  18. Lasith Embuldeniya
  • Roshen Silva was included in the original squad. However, he has indicated his inability to tour, as such, the Cricket Selectors decided to replace Kamindu Mendis in place of Silva.
  • The squad was issued subject to the approval of the Minister of Youth and Sports.
