We’re looking for a driven Broadcast Coordinator to join our Broadcast & Commercial team. If you are a solutions-focussed, customer oriented individual with exceptional relationship management skills and a passion for the media industry then this is the role for you!

Reporting to the Senior Broadcast Operations Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting the operational servicing and performance of CA’s rights holder agreements – covering radio and TV for International, BBL, WBBL and other select ancillary/domestic content.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as key point of contact for the relevant International and Domestic Rights Holders (television and radio), BBL/WBBL clubs, state associations, venue staff, internal and external stakeholders and ancillary/non-exclusive partners
  • Coordinate the collation and distribution of key deliverables for Domestic and International rights holders including player headshots, logo’s and style guides and key documentation
  • Coordinate the logistics, stakeholder ticketing, seasonal hospitality events, catering, parking and accreditation requirements (internally and for Domestic/International partners)
  • Coordinate all logos/style guides, and player headshots for delivery to all broadcasters
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for broadcast operations staff members, both within and outside season requirements
  • Assist with all at match filming requests for all domestic matches, liaising with Broadcast Specialist for approvals
  • At-match broadcast operations support

About you

You’ll have:

  • Experience working for a leading sporting, event or media organisation
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and commercial aptitude (highly regarded)
  • A strategic mindset
  • An understanding of cricket and its operational environment
  • Willingness to travel and work over weekends and holidays, including Christmas
