More than 500 students involved in the Thunder Leadership Program in past year

More than 500 students from five schools across the Thunder Nation have participated in the Thunder Leadership Program since the beginning of Term 3, 2021.

The free four-week program aims to empower young leaders and help them develop a sense of self-confidence and community connection.

Each session features a combination of practical cricket activities and theory-based workshops, with a focus on dreams and goal setting, role models and leadership skill development.

The Club partnered with Multicultural NSW to further engage students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds across Western Sydney and regional NSW.
