Bio
Heath Mills has served as the Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand Cricket Players’ Association for over two decades, starting May 2002. He has also served as a Director of the Federation of International Cricketers’ Associations (FICA) since February 2003.
Mills work includes supporting current and former cricketers during and after their professional playing careers.
Outside of cricket, Mills serves as a Director of both All Blacks Experience Ltd and Te Tapu O Tane Limited. Before joining New Zealand Cricket Players’ Association, he also worked at the Auckland Rugby Union for over five years.
Mills completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) From Edinburgh Business School in the UK, and a Bachelors from University of Otago in New Zealand.
