Adelaide Strikers are proud to again support Cancer Council SA on Daffodil Day and encourage all who are able to donate funds that will aid in vital cancer research.

The Strikers and Cancer Council continue their summer partnership this year, with activations planned across WBBL and BBL seasons.

Cancer Council SA Chief Executive Kerry Rowlands is thrilled with the ongoing partnership with the Strikers.

“Daffodil Day is about bringing the community together to raise funds for vital research. The daffodil is the flower of hope, which is so important when people are going through a cancer journey.

“Funds raised will go towards research in conjunction with SAHMRI, Adelaide Universities and SA Health to support the best and brightest South Australian cancer researchers.

“We are really proud and thankful for our partnership with the Adelaide Strikers; we are so aligned with our values around getting be active while being safe in the sun. It is a partnership we truly value.”
