Many people ask my why my performances for Islamabad United are different. I always give my 100% in every team I play in, at Islamabad United though, I have always felt there is a clear role for me. The clarity does help, there is freedom to fail and then get an opportunity to bounce back. I guess that gives me extra confidence. We go into each tournament with a clear plan, our hashtag #DimaghSe is at the core of that planning. Once plans are made, everyone is aware of their roles which helps us practice and plan accordingly. The best thing for me is the off-the-field chemistry at Islamabad United. Winning and losing is part of the game but no one changes their attitude with you if you fail, we all support each other. An emerging player is just as important as our captain Shadab. That is why I enjoy playing at Islamabad United so much.
