The match official appointments for the semi-finals and final of the inaugural Betway SA20 have been announced.
The first semi-final between Pretoria Capitals and Team 4 will start at 17:30 on Wednesday, 08 February 2023, at the Wanderers.
The second semi-final between Joburg Super Kings and Team 3 will also start at 17:30 on Thursday, 09 February 2023, at Centurion.
Winners of the two semi-finals will advance to the final at the Wanderers on Saturday, 11 February 2023.
Both the semi-finals and final have been allocated reserve days in the event of any weather interruptions.
The match official appointments are as follows:
Semi-final 1 – 8 February 17h30 Wanderers
- Pretoria Capitals vs Team 4 – Zama Ndamane (match referee), Adrian Holdstock and Allahudien Paleker ((on-field umpires), Marais Erasmus (TV umpire), Bongani Jele (fourth umpire).
Semi-final 2 – 9 February 17h30 Centurion
- Joburg Super Kings vs Team 3 – Barry Lambson (match referee), Marais Erasmus and Bongani Jele (on-field umpires), Allahudien Paleker (TV umpire), Adrian Holdstock (fourth umpire).
Final – 11 February 16h30 Wanderers

SA20, officially known as the Betway SA20 for sponsorship reasons, is a Twenty20 franchise cricket tournament in South Africa organized by Cricket South Africa (CSA). First held in the 2023 season, the league features six city-based teams. Sunrisers Eastern Cape won the first two editions of the tournament.
