Cricket South Africa (CSA) governs cricket in South Africa. Formed in 2002, it succeeded the United Cricket Board of South Africa (UCB) and became the sole governing body in 2008. CSA oversees all levels of cricket, including national teams for men and women, and is a full ICC member and SASCOC affiliate.

Cricket Boland is happy to announce the extension of the current sponsorship agreement with Gbets for another two seasons. The partnership agreement will entail Gbets remaining the official sponsor of the Rocks, our professional cricket team, for the upcoming season. The team will continue to be called the GbetsRocks.

‘’GbetsRocks has been performing exceptionally well over the years and Gbets is committed to supporting the team’’, said Dwain Powell, Operations Manager of the online sport betting company. ‘’We see similarities and synergies for this partnership, and extending our sponsorship was an easy decision. We see this partnership flowering even more in the future’’.

‘’The support we get from Gbets has enabled the team to perform competitively and showcase their skills in the sport. The triumph of the team has been magnified by this partnership, and we look forward to an even better season,’’ commented Godwin von Willingh, President of Cricket Boland. ‘’The extension of our partnership agreement emphasizes Gbets’ commitment to the sport and the development of professional cricket in the region. The company continues to contribute to the development of cricket and strives to empower different teams and individuals in the sport.’’

James Fortuin, chief executive officer of Cricket Boland, said: “We are delighted to extend the sponsorship deal with Gbets. Their continued support will enable us to ensure stability within the Rocks team, allowing us to continue to develop young promising talent in our region. Partnering with Gbets remains one of the best decisions we have made, and it is gratifying to know that they share our vision for the future of cricket. We are looking forward to another exciting cricket season’s performances, and this exciting sponsorship deal will no doubt contribute positively to achieving our goals as a team.’’
