The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for interested production houses to compose and produce a music suite to be available to the ICC to use across a range of different events and platforms.
The Successful Applicant shall be required to compose and produce a suite of music, with the ICC anthem as the core piece. The ICC is also seeking proposals and ideas for amplification of the music suite:
For example:
- Variations on the ‘walk on’ piece (the ICC Anthem) that are available to the public via streaming platforms
- Clips or stings that could be played at key moments during the match
- Different length versions available for broadcast
- Live performance at certain events e.g., the final
This RFP is intended to attract responses from agencies who have access to talented musical composers and producers with experience at working with major events, who can be innovative and who understand sport, but can also transcend the traditional delivery of events and reach new audiences. The respondent should have extensive experience in providing similar services, and with the capability to deliver to a world-class standard.
