The Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA), founded in 1967 by former England fast bowler Fred Rumsey as the Cricketers' Association, represents past and present first-class cricketers in England and Wales. In the 1970s, the PCA established a standard employment contract and minimum wage for professional cricketers. Senior Player Rights Executive – The PCA

The Professional Cricketers’ Association (PCA) is the representative body for current and former professional cricketers in England and Wales and champions their ongoing interests. The PCA is seeking to appoint a Senior Player Rights Executive to join the team whose base is at The Kia Oval.

The Role: To co-ordinate the delivery and protection of current and former England Player commercial rights. To manage all Team England Player Partnership (TEPP) and England Women’s Player Partnership (EWPP) administration, along with supporting the service provision of the PCA relationship with TEPP & EWPP. Supporting the Senior Player Rights Manager.

Essential Skills and Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft packages (word, excel, PowerPoint), team player with 3+ years’ experience in sport/sponsorship agencies/relevant other business. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results as necessary.

Salary: £30 – £35k (depending on experience), performance-related bonus and benefits including private health insurance.
