Cricket and Bluey have proved the perfect match, with the ‘Cricket’ episode voted number one by the show’s devoted Aussie fans during yesterday’s ABC’s Biggest Little Bluey Countdown.
Cricket fans will have the chance to see Bluey at the Weber WBBL Stadium Series this weekend with Australia’s favourite blue heeler taking to the stage for a Live Interactive Experience.
Joined by her sister Bingo, Bluey will perform at both the MCG (Nov 25 from 5pm AEDT) and SCG (Nov 26 from 1pm AEDT).
Cricket Australia Chief Executive Officer, Nick Hockley said:
“The Bluey cricket episode reminds us of what cricket is all about. We would like to thank Bluey for helping us to inspire children to pick up a bat and ball and look forward to the Live Interactive Experience at the Weber WBBL Stadium Series.
“Congratulations to Joe Brumm and Ludo Studio for their incredible storytelling and to the ABC, BBC Studios, and Disney+ for sharing Bluey and her family and friends with the world.”
Tickets for the Weber Stadium Series can be purchased here.
