ABOUT THE ROLE

This a unique and varied role that will work across several aspects of the Governance and Integrity Squad portfolio. As a new position, it has the scope for you to stretch your interests, work in a new space and make a real difference for our cricket community and stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief Governance & Integrity Officer (CGIO) in this role you will:

· Support the CGIO to lead and effectively embed a best practice integrity framework and culture into NSW Cricket

· Develop, review and amend policies across all business units in Cricket NSW and collaborating with policy owners

· Identify appropriate compliance and regulatory strategies

· Alongside the Integrity and Fair Play Manager, be the central point of contact on all matters of integrity including education, policy, risk management and legislative requirements

· Manage the handling of risk across the organisation and provide support to lead the CNSW Risk Management program

· Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in sport management, sports integrity, law, governance or risk management

· A passion and interest in governance and integrity

· Demonstrated experience in providing advice in at least one of the following areas: member protection, child safeguarding, dispute resolution, disciplinary procedures, risk management

· Strong attention to detail

· Experience providing advice to senior leaders

· Strong communication skills, written and verbal

· Ability to develop policies and guidelines
