Location: Primarily based at our Head Office (Rowley Park, St Neots, PE19 6SL) with flexible/ hybrid working.
Remuneration: £37,500 – £42,500 (Dependent on Experience) + expenses in line with Cricket East expenses policy
The Role:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing development and success of Cricket East as a whole.
Cricket East is responsible for the talent pathway programmes across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. The Head of Talent Pathway will lead the delivery of the Cricket East Talent Pathway Strategy to identify and develop the highest potential cricketers.
