On Wednesday, actress and IPL team Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta teased her new fitness project, DriveFITT, which she is launching in collaboration with Team India batter Shubman Gill. The project aims to combine cricket and fitness.

DriveFITT is a new gym chain founded by Australian entrepreneurs Mark Sellar and Deke Smith. Launching in India this October, DriveFITT merges cricket with fitness, offering 24/7 cricket training facilities alongside comprehensive gym amenities.

The first DRIVE FITT facility will open in Gurgaon this October, with a second location in Noida planned for November. The chain aims to establish 300 franchises across India within the next three years, with 20 locations already earmarked for the initial rollout.

The teaser for the project was released on Preity Zinta’s Instagram account, captioned: “Hi everyone, I’m thrilled to unveil my new project. Stay tuned for @drive_fitt, where cricket meets fitness – COMING SOON.”

The video showcases the Veer-Zaara actress in a black blazer and jeans, striking poses with Shubman Gill, who holds a cricket bat over his shoulders. Both Preity and Shubman are seen with cricket bats and a ball, and the actress is also shown using a dumbbell.

Shubman shared behind-the-scenes footage of the teaser on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
