The ICC has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for delivery of a cloud-based Project Management Platform and support services for selected ICC women’s and men’s major events between 2024 and 2028.
The provision of the services should include but are not limited to:
- Provision of a cloud-based platform to facilitate project planning
- On-event daily reporting and data logging
- On-event incident management functionality
Including the following user features:
- A user friendly and responsive design
- A system that is compatible on multiple devices and operating systems (PCs, tablets and mobile)
- Secure hosting and access control
- Multi layered filters for data interrogation
- Notifications that can be customised by users
- A detailed Help Centre and support system
- Traffic light (RAG) rating system
- An adaptive platform with the ability to undertake custom developments, on request, to suit bespoke requirements
- Ability to manage multiple large events, each with different local operational teams
This RFP is intended to attract responses from companies with extensive experience in providing similar services, and with the capability to deliver to a world-class standard.
Following the RFP process, companies will be notified if their submission was successful.
