About the Role | Responsibilities
We have an outstanding opportunity for a talented commercial and broadcast specialist to lead the management and delivery of NZC broadcast partnerships and commercial integrations. A vital position within the commercial team, the Head of Broadcast and Integration will build excellent relationships with international and domestic partners to deliver NZC’s broadcast and commercial requirements. The role includes:
- Working closely with domestic and international broadcast partners and stakeholders to integrate commercial inventory
- Leading the delivery of the domestic and world feeds to international and domestic broadcast partners
- Driving commercial integrations in-broadcast to maximise revenue opportunities using the latest technology
- Assisting in leading the sustainable growth of NZC’s commercial inventory
- Working with stakeholders and third parties to maximise NZC’s broadcast environment
- Leading the delivery of broadcast and at-venue commercial rights for NZC’s partners
- Being NZC’s first point of contact with designated broadcast partners
- Pragmatically identify and resolve issues that arise during relationships with partners and during broadcast operations
About You | Who we are looking for
- 5 plus years experience in a commercial and broadcast role, a sporting environment is preferred
- Knowledge of broadcast terminology and technology
- Strong relationship building ability with domestic and international partners and stakeholders
- Strong understanding and history of delivering commercial partner rights and benefits
- Leadership skills to manage stakeholders at a senior level
- Ability to analyse data and insights to find trends, develop stories, opportunities and issues
- Commercially savvy with a proven ability to negotiate to secure positive outcomes
