Cricket Canada announces home fixtures against Nepal and Oman

The Canada senior men’s team’s schedule this fall for both ODI and T20I home fixtures against Nepal and Oman has been confirmed.

Nepal and Oman’s squads are set to arrive in Canada on Sept. 14, with the ODIs transpiring between Sept. 16-26. These ODIs will be part of the ICC World Cup League 2 fixtures, which is a pathway to qualifying for the 2027 ODI World Cup. Canada currently sits in third with four wins and four losses, having played four more matches than each of the visiting sides.

Monday, Sept. 16: Canada vs. Nepal

Wednesday, Sept. 18: Nepal vs. Oman

Friday, Sept. 20: Canada vs. Oman

Sunday, Sept. 22: Canada vs. Nepal

Tuesday, Sept. 24: Oman vs. Nepal

Thursday, Sept. 26: Canada vs. Oman

  • All ODI matches will be played at Maple Leaf Cricket Ground (MLCC) in Ontario and start at 10 a.m. EST.

Following a rest day on Sept. 27, the T20I series will commence on Sept. 28 and end on Oct. 3, with each side playing the other twice.

Saturday, Sept. 28: Canada vs. Nepal

Sunday, Sept. 29: Oman vs. Nepal

Monday, Sept. 30: Canada vs. Oman

Tuesday, Oct. 1: Canada vs. Nepal

Wednesday, Oct. 2: Nepal vs. Oman

Thursday, Oct. 3: Canada vs. Oman

  • All T20I matches will be played at Maple Leaf Cricket Ground (MLCC) in Ontario and start at 12:00 p.m. EST.
