Glamorgan County Cricket Club is one of the eighteen first-class county clubs in England and Wales, representing the historic county of Glamorgan. Founded in 1888, it was initially a Minor Counties Championship member before joining the County Championship in 1921 and achieving first-class status. Glamorgan has since competed in all top-level domestic cricket competitions in England and Wales.

Glamorgan County Cricket Club is seeking to appoint an energetic individual to lead its new Women and Girl’s Academy.

The successful candidate will be a values driven individual with a passion for improving players and teams through fostering an inclusive high performance culture both on and off the field.

The Academy Lead will take responsibility for the planning and delivery of the Women’s Academy Programme in conjunction with the Head of Women and Girls Cricket.

They will be able to set out a vision and plan for the development of players and be able to evidence excellent communication skills whilst leading a multi-disciplinary team.
