The third season of the International League T20 (ILT20) will be broadcast live across India on ZEE’s 15 linear TV channels and its OTT platform ZEE5. In the MENA region, the tournament will be aired by Dubai TV, Abu Dhabi TV, the ILT20 official YouTube channel, and MYCO.
The tournament will take place from January 11 to February 9, 2025, and is expected to build on its impressive growth, having already become the second-most-watched T20 league globally with over 220 million viewers for Season 2.
The opening ceremony on January 11, 2025, at the Dubai International Stadium will begin at 6:00 PM local time, featuring performances by Bollywood stars Shahid Kapoor, Pooja Hegde, and Sonam Bajwa, with Bollywood producer and actor Jackky Bhagnani and presenter Ridhima Pathak hosting the event.
The ceremony and all matches will be available live on Zee Network’s 15 linear TV channels, ensuring extensive coverage in both traditional and emerging cricket markets. These include: &Pictures SD, &Pictures HD, Zee Cinema HD, Zee Anmol Cinema 2, Zee Action, Zee Biskope, Zee Zest SD, Zee Cinemalu HD, Zee Telugu HD, Zee Thirai, Zee Tamil HD, Zee Kannada HD, Zee Zest HD, &Flix SD, and &Flix HD. The season will kick off with defending champions MI Emirates facing Dubai Capitals in a rematch of last year’s final, starting at 7:15 PM local time.
The league will feature cricketing superstars, including Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, and Jason Holder for Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, and David Warner and Rovman Powell for Dubai Capitals. MI Emirates will once again rely on Nicholas Pooran and Akeal Hossein, while Desert Vipers bring back Alex Hales and Sherfane Rutherford. New additions include Tim Southee, who will captain Sharjah Warriorz, as well as Fakhar Zaman, Lockie Ferguson, and Romario Shepherd.
With a blend of returning players and new signings, ILT20 Season 3 is set to deliver exciting cricket action and top-notch entertainment.
