We are seeking an organised, proactive, and resourceful coordinator to join our Player Development & Wellbeing Team (GamePlan). The role is a fixed term, parental leave cover with flexible National location.
The GamePlan Coordinator is a fundamental role within the team, supporting with administration and coordination support so that the team is set up for success in providing support for our members and delivering on our strategic objectives.
Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, responsibilities of the role will include:
- Organise and facilitate meetings including collation of agendas, minutes, and action tracking for the GamePlan team, including but not limited to:
- Weekly Team Meetings
- Monthly Player Development Manager (PDM) Network Meetings
- Quarterly Player Development Advisory Committee Meetings
- Provide coordination and administration support for programs and initiatives delivered by the GamePlan Team or stakeholders (e.g. Australian Cricket PDM Network)
- Process invoices relating to programs and grants
- Support the evaluation of GamePlan Programs and initiatives as required
- Liaise with stakeholders as a key point of contact for queries relating to grants and programs
- Provide ad hoc coordination support for ACA annual conferences (e.g. New Player Induction Camp, GamePlan PDM Conference)
- Work collaboratively with other departments within ACA to promote programs and increase engagement with members
- Ensure regular and timely communication and reporting provided to all stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have:
- Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and applications such as Teams, and other program administration software
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proven experience in administration or program management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent critical thinking capacity, and the ability to exercise judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively
- High level of initiative and drive to get things done
- Ability to work flexibly under minimal supervision
- Experience working in a small, remote team and contributing to a team approach to problem solving
- Ability to gather and analyse data to make informed decisions
