COMPANY

Are you ready to be part of the collective voice representing Australia’s past, present, and future male and female professional cricketers?

The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) is a trusted and respected organisation that champions the rights and wellbeing of cricketers across Australia. With a strong presence in the sporting community, ACA is committed to helping its members thrive and be connected to a healthy game.

Infront Sports is working exclusively with ACA to recruit a passionate Wellbeing Lead (Psychologist) to join their team and drive the evolution of wellbeing programs and services that support players at all stages of their journey.

THE ROLE

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Wellbeing Lead (Psychologist) to join ACA, where you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering wellbeing services to cricketers across Australia.

You’ll work closely with ACA’s Player Development & Wellbeing Team (GamePlan) to design and implement evidence-based mental health and wellbeing programs that support both current and transitioning players. As the key contact for managing complex wellbeing cases and crisis situations, your role will also be vital in ensuring members receive the support they need to thrive.

Are you passionate about improving mental health outcomes and building relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders? This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in Australian sport, driving positive change and championing the wellbeing of some of the country’s top athletes.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this meaningful opportunity, you will be a registered psychologist with strong post-registration experience including:

  • Mental health, OH&S legislation, and driving best-practice support.
  • Managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and wellbeing programs.
  • Building relationships and navigating complex wellbeing cases.
  • Proven track record in triage and ensuring top-notch care and referrals.

BENEFITS

This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a highly respected organisation that directly impacts the lives of Australia’s professional cricketers. Joining the Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) means becoming part of team dedicated to championing the importance of holistic wellbeing in sustaining peak performance. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary package, flexible working arrangements that cater to your lifestyle, and a collaborative environment that values your contributions.

What makes this opportunity truly rare is the chance to shape and deliver innovative wellbeing programs that support cricketers throughout their careers. With unparalleled opportunities for professional development and growth, you’ll be at the forefront of driving positive change in the sporting community.
