This national project is implemented by the Ministry of Urban Development in the central area of ​​Sharana, by Spa road and a construction company on a 120,000 square meters of land over a period of 18 months.

The stadium will have a seating capacity of 8,000 spectators and will be one of the best and standard stadiums in the Mis-e-Ainak zone. The first phase of the stadium included the construction of a retaining wall, level playing field and a two-storey pavilion, which has already been completed. In the second phase and as the construction has already resumed stands will be set up for 8,000 spectators.

The construction of the stadium will pave the way for the growth and development of cricket in the region.

 The Afghanistan Cricket Board’s engineering team will periodically review the quality and performance of the project.
