ACB extend commercial partnership with Super Cola for 2024

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) is the governing body for cricket in Afghanistan. It joined the ICC in 2001, became an associate member in 2013, and a full member in 2017. The ACB is also part of the Asian Cricket Council.

Afghanistan Cricket Board is pleased to announce the extension of its commercial partnership with the Super Cola Beverages Manufacturing Company for 2024. This extension will witness Super Cola extend its financial support to the ACB during Afghanistan’s upcoming home bilateral series and various domestic events throughout the year.

As part of the extended partnership, Super Cola secures sponsorship rights for Afghanistan’s upcoming home all-format series against Ireland & Bangladesh, as well as for the three-match T20I series against Australia. Additionally, Super Cola maintains the sponsorship rights for the Najibullah Taraki PwDs Regional T20 Tournament.

The sponsorship extension event was held at ACB’s central office and was attended by ACB CEO Mr. Naseeb Khan and Super Cola CEO Mr. Shahab Qanawizian, alongside commercial and marketing officials from both organizations. Both parties expressed gratitude for the extended partnership and expressed hopes for a long-term collaboration.

Mr. Naseeb Khan, ACB CEO, acclaimed Super Cola as a national entity and thanked them for their steadfast financial support during challenging times. He also highlighted the strong coordination between ACB and Super Cola that led to the extension of the agreement.

Mr. Shahab Qanawizian, CEO of Super Cola, expressed his pleasure in continuing the partnership with the ACB. He also praised the National Team as true representatives of the nation who have granted the national glory and joy with their consistent success on the international stage.

The Afghanistan Cricket Board and the Super Cola Beverages Manufacturing Company have been working together over the past few years. Through this collaboration, Super Cola has been providing significant support to many of ACB’s domestic and international cricket events, including recent tours to the UAE, India, and the ongoing all-format series against Sri Lanka.
