Adelaide City Kia will be the Official Automotive Partner of the Adelaide Strikers for the next two years.
Based in Mile End, Adelaide City Kia have been serving Adelaide and the surrounding area for over 40 years.
As part of the deal, Adelaide City Kia provide the Strikers a fleet of Kia Sportage’s which are being used by staff and players throughout the Women’s and Men’s Big Bash League seasons.
Julian Newton, Adelaide City Kia’s Managing Director and Dealer Principal said the Adelaide City Kia team are incredibly excited and proud to be the Official Automotive Partner for the Strikers.
“We couldn’t think of a better partnership considering the strength of both our brands,” Newton said.
“As Kia’s largest and newest dealer, our state-of-the-art Mile End showroom is waiting for all Strikers supporters to head in and test drive the entire award-winning range of Kia vehicles.
“Striker fans can even get behind the wheel of a ‘Strikers Sportage’ or the newest EV offerings we have available.”
Phil King, South Australia Cricket Association’s Chief Commercial Officer said the organisation is looking forward to working with Adelaide City Kia for the next two years.
“We are really pleased to be entering into this partnership with Adelaide City Kia and are very thankful for their backing,” King said.
“This provides great support and flexibility to our interstate and international players who relocate to Adelaide for the Big Bash tournament.
“We encourage all Striker fans to head to the showroom at Mile End and try out the Strikers Sportage.”
The Adelaide Strikers BBL|12 season kicks off at Adelaide Oval on Wednesday, December 14 against the Sydney Sixers.
