Adelaide Strikers captain Tahlia McGrath will not travel to Perth for games against Melbourne Stars and Perth Scorchers this weekend, following a back complaint during yesterday’s clash against the Melbourne Stars.

McGrath experienced back spasms during the warmup at North Sydney Oval and was able to take the field and see out the game.

With a heavy schedule both behind and in front of McGrath, the allrounder will return to Adelaide today with a view to rest and recover for the remainder of Weber WBBL|08.
