The Adelaide Strikers are thrilled to announce that, presented by V Energy, The Temper Trap will be lighting up Adelaide Oval on New Year’s Eve, performing live following the Strikers huge KFC BBL|12 clash against Melbourne Stars.
Included within the price of admission, with SACA and Strikers Members also able to attend as a benefit of membership, fans will be treated to two huge events for the price one this New Year’s Eve.
Since forming in 2005, The Temper Trap have played sold out shows across the country and around the world, wowing crowds with their unique sound and powerful performances.
One of the marquee events of the BBL season, New Year’s Eve at Adelaide Oval is second-to-none of entertainment both on and off the field, something the band are excited to be a part of.
“We can’t wait to get to Adelaide and play at one of the most well-known stadiums in the world in front of a huge crowd. See you all there after the Strikers get it done against the Stars.”
Head of Strikers and Events Mel Musolino says it is going to be one of the biggest nights of the year.
“The final night on the calendar is one of the biggest and best of the BBL fixture every summer, and to have a band the calibre of The Temper Trap performing for our amazing fans is incredible.
“The action on the field is always elite, with some of the best players in the world showcasing their skill, and now the crowd will also be able to enjoy the highest quality music in a truly world-class venue following the game.
