Adelaide Strikers are pleased to welcome Australian Gas Networks (AGN) as a new Principal Partner.

AGN is a member of the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group, which owns and operates gas transmission and distribution pipelines across the country. With over 25,000 kilometres of natural gas distribution networks, AGN supplies approximately two million customers throughout South Australia, Victoria and NSW.

The partnership will see AGN branding on the front of the playing shirt, all off field apparel and in the team dugout throughout KFC BBL|11.

AGN General Manager for Customer and Community, Kristen Pellew, said AGN is excited to support the Adelaide Strikers BBL team in 2021-22 and WBBL team in 22-23.

“AGN is a proud Adelaide based business, supplying natural gas to over 460,000 homes and businesses in South Australia and owns Australia’s first renewable gas project delivering renewable hydrogen to customers from its Hydrogen Park South Australia facility.

“We are keen supporters of community focused events and look forward to once again seeing the excitement that T20 cricket brings to Adelaide.

“We’re thrilled to be working with the Strikers team to ‘Bring the Energy’ to the T20 season”

SACA Chief Commercial Officer Andrew Sweet welcomed the deal with another industry leader.

“We are proud to partner with a pioneer in the energy sector who continue to create a more sustainable future for generations of Strikers fans to come.

AGN are committed to a brighter tomorrow, and that is something that goes hand in hand with the vision we have for cricket. Collectively we can make a genuine, positive impact in our communities through cricket, and we are thrilled to join forces with AGN in this endeavour.”
