The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh's men's, women's, and under-19 national teams.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announces the squad for the tour of UK in May. Bangladesh will play Ireland in a three-match ODI series, which is a part of the ICC World Cup Super League, in Chelmsford. The only uncapped player in the squad is 21-year-old left-arm pacer Mohammad Mrittunjoy Chowdhury.
