The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is deeply saddened at the passing away of Abdur Rashid Babu, father of national cricketer Suhrawadi Shuvo. Abdur Rashid Babu, who was the President of Rangpur Press Club, breathed his last today in his home town. He was 68.
The Board extends profound condolences to the family of Abdur Rashid Babu and prays for the salvation of his soul.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh’s men’s, women’s, and under-19 national teams.
