The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) expresses deep sadness at the passing away of Nurun Nahar Mallick, mother of BCB Director Dr I H Mallick.
Mrs Mallick breathed her last at the United Hospital in Dhaka in the early hours today. She was 78 at the time of her passing.
On behalf of the Board, BCB President Nazmul Hassan, MP has offered heartfelt condolences and profound sympathies to the family of the departed and has prayed for the salvation of her soul.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh’s men’s, women’s, and under-19 national teams.
