The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh's men's, women's, and under-19 national teams.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) expresses deep sadness at the passing of Md Motiur Rahman, father of BCB’s councilor from Mymensingh District Sports Association Md Mohit-Ur-Rahman. A freedom fighter and a former Minister for Religious Affairs of the Bangladesh Government, Md Motiur Rahman breathed his last in Mymensingh on Sunday at the age of 82.

 The BCB extends heartfelt sympathies and condolences to Md Mohit-Ur-Rahman and his family.
