Pacer Tanzim Hasan Sakib has picked up an injury and has been ruled out of the third and final ODI against Sri Lanka in Chattogram tomorrow.
National Team physio Bayjedul Islam Khan said: “Tanzim is experiencing pain and discomfort of his right hamstring. He did not feel any better at training today and is not fit to play tomorrow.”
Fellow pacer Hasan Mahmud has been called up in the Bangladesh squad to replace Tanzim for the third ODI.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh’s men’s, women’s, and under-19 national teams.
