The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh's men's, women's, and under-19 national teams.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the itinerary for Sri Lanka’s 2024 tour which includes three T20 internationals, three ODIs and two Tests. The Tests are a part of the 2023-25 ICC World Test Championship cycle:

18 March 24 3rd ODI (starts at 10am) ZACS, Chattogram
22-26 March 24 1st Test (starts at10am) SICS, Sylhet
30 March – 03 April 24 2nd Test (starts at10am) ZACS, Chattogram
