The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the governing body for cricket in Bangladesh. It joined the ICC in 1977 and became a full member in 2000. The BCB oversees Bangladesh's men's, women's, and under-19 national teams.

The West indies Cricket Team will arrive in Bangladesh tomorrow (Sunday, 10 January) for a tour consisting three ODIs and two Tests. The squad is scheduled to reach Dhaka at 10h25.

ADVISORY FOR THE MEDIA : Due to Covid-19 restrictions, no provisions for taking photos or filming of the West Indies Team’s arrival have been made at the Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport. Image/video content will be shared with the media by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB)/Cricket West Indies (CWI).

Training sessions at the SBNCS, Mirpur can be covered from the Plaza area and Shahid Jewel Stand. Entry will be through Gate 1. Media representatives are requested to carry their respective organisation’s ID card while arriving at the venue.
