The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday announced the appointments of Mr Ashish Shelar, Honorary Treasurer BCCI as an observer for Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association and Mr. Devajit Saikia, Joint Secretary, BCCI as an observer for Bihar Cricket Association.
