Position Title: Head Coach – Team India (Senior Women)
Role Based: Mumbai
Reports to: Honorary Secretary, BCCI
Term: 2 years
Job Dimensions:
Remuneration: Number of Staff Supervised: 8-10 Direct Reports & Total: 8-10
Negotiable and will be commensurated with experience.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for coaching the Women’s National Team, Women’s India A and Women’s India U19
Key Accountabilities:
• Guiding and supporting the specialised coaching staff to build a strong Women national team
• Give strategic direction to the team management
• Develop women cricket coaching set up
• Develop position papers on all women cricket related matters.
• Determine and monitor the compliance of the set standards of fitness and high performance of NCA with the national team
Operating Environment:
• Expected to be available to travel, sometimes for extended periods during BCCI matches (international and domestic).
• Must be willing to meet work expectations and deadlines

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Should have represented India or any other country at International level OR
• NCA Level ‘C’ certified coach or a similar certification from a reputed organisation/Institute and minimum of 50 FC games OR
• Should have the experience of coaching an International team for a period of minimum 1 season or a T20 franchise for minimum 2 seasons
• A thorough understanding of the game or playing/coaching experience at the highest level
• Experience of leading a multi-cultural team
Competencies:

• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with others to achieve business and department objectives.
• Problem Solving – ability to present solutions make the best decision under pressure.
• Communication – Excellent written and oral communication in English language including report writing
skills.
