Position Title: National Selector Junior Men
Vacancies 5

Reports to: Honorary Secretary, BCCI
Department: Cricket

Role Purpose:
Selection of all age group teams upto U23/U22 and Challengers teams

Key Accountabilities:
Main job duties/responsibilities:
• Assist the Chairperson and members of the Junior Cricket Committee to pick the best possible teams in a fair and transparent manner
• Plan and prepare a strong bench strength for the National team
• Attend Team meetings as and when required
• Travel to watch Domestic and International matches

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Should have played a minimum of:

• 25 First Class matches;
• Should have represented a state in the Ranji Trophy; and
• Should have retired at least 5 years previously
