Tender Invitation Enhancement of Gin Drinkers Bay Cricket Ground for cricket programs and competitions (Ref. No: GDB 4023C/06(19))
Cricket Hong Kong (“CHK”) is a fully-fledged sport that is professionally administered by Cricket Hong Kong and subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. with the allocation of land in Kwai Chung from the Government of the HKSAR, the cricket pitch ‘Gin Drinkers Bay (“GDB”) has commenced operation since 2018.
With 3 pitches on site (Natural grass outfield with artificial turf wickets) and cricket training cages, the GDB ground plays a key role to the delivery of CHK’s Strategic Plan by providing additional pitches at all levels and particularly for the development of youth cricket and also community inclusion.
Tenders are now invited from interested parties for the enhancement of the Gin Drinkers Bay cricket ground. Please see the attached “Tender Invitation Letter” for instructions on how to submit. The objective, scope of services, deliverables and other requirements are outlined in the separate document “Tender Specifications”.
